Join us at CLEO 2008
From May 6-8th, we will be at booth #1414 at the San Jose Convention Center, San Jose, CA.

Imaging Systems
  • Picosecond Light Pulsers (PLP-10) - Compact light sources based on laser diodes. They deliver pulses with a width of less than 100 ps and repetition rates up to 100 MHz. The PLP-10's available wavelengths range from 375 nm to 1550 nm.
  • Streak Cameras - Ultrafast photonic recorders with time resolution down to 200 femtoseconds and photon-counting sensitivity. Their unique features allow simultaneous recording of photonic temporal behavior over a defined spatial dimension, an array of fibers, or wavelength information when coupled to a spectrograph.
Detectors
  • Photomultiplier Tube (PMT) Modules  - The H7421/H7422 are head-on devices for photon counting. They use a GaAs or a multi-alkali PMT.
  • Multi-anode PMT Module
  • NIR PMT Module - The H10330 detects from 950 nm to 1700 nm and contains a thermally insulated, sealed-off housing evacuated to a high vacuum. The internal TE (thermoelectric) cooler eliminates the need for liquid nitrogen and cooling water.
  • UBA/SBA High QE Photomultiplier Tubes - The UBA photocathode typically climbs to 43% QE at certain wavelengths, and the SBA photocathode goes as high as 35% QE. Both types deliver significantly higher performance than conventional bialkali photocathodes.
  • Si APDs - Our APDs have an internal gain mechanism, fast time response, low dark current and high sensitivity in the UV to near-infrared region, our APDs are perfect for optical fiber communication, spatial light transmission, low-light-level detection, high speed bar code reader, laser radar and biomedical devices.
  • Si APD Modules  - These sensors include a simple DC power supply connection and a built-in temperature control circuit to keep the APD gain constant. We will be highlighting these devices in particular:
    • C4777 - devices with active diameters of 0.5 mm or 3 mm, a built-in TE cooler and temperature control circuit.
    • C5331 - devices with active diameters between 0.2 mm and 5 mm and a built-in temperature compensation circuit.
  • MPPC (Multi-Pixel Photon Counter) - Photon counting devices made up of multiple APD (avalanche photodiode) pixels operated in Geiger mode.
  • MPPC Module - These devices consist of an MPPC device, current to voltage circuit, high speed comparator circuit, high voltage power supply, temperature compensation circuit, counter circuit, microcomputer and usb port.
