Hamamatsu manufactures the Lightningcure™ series of UV LED light sources for UV adhesive curing and irradiation experiments. The Lightningcure™ series has several product lines.
- LC-L1V3 : very compact and extremely high output device
- LC-L5: The unique design provides super-uniform UV irradiation over a wide range with minimal variations in light intensity.
- LC-L2: This modular UV-LED light source provides monochromatic light at 365 nm.
- LC-L3: Its nine UV-LEDs provide monochromatic light at 365 nm or 385 nm.
- LC-L1: Its UV-LED provides monochromatic light at 365 nm.

 LC-L1V3 (UV-LED Source)
- High output intensity: 10500 mW/cm2 at 365 nm
- High output intensity: 15000 mW/cm2 at 385 nm
The LC-L1v3 features a compact body (90% smaller than LC-L1) which installs into narrow confined spaces. It is extremely stable and has a high output at a lower power consumption (25W) and cost than other models.

LC-L5 (UV-LED Source)
- UV-LED emits at 365 or 385 nm
- High output intensity: 1000 mW/cm2 at 365 nm
- High output intensity: 1200 mW/cm2 at 385 nm
Th e LC-L5 is a linear irradiation type UV-LED unit in a new, smaller package. These UV-LED units work in new production processes and devices which couldn't accomodate conventional lamps. These UV-LED spot lights are 90% smaller, use 1/30th power as ordinary UV lamps, and cut CO2 emissions by 20,000 kg per year. These units require no duct installation or chillers.

LC-L2 (Modularized UV-LED Source)
This modular spot light source is comprised of a small LED driver (part #: C10559-01) and an LED head unit (part #: L10561 and L10906 series). Various LED head units with different irradiation patterns and sizes are available.

LC-L3 (UV-LED Source with 9 LEDs)
- UV-LED emits at 365 or 385 nm
- High output intensity: 250 mW/cm2 at 365 nm
- High output intensity: 325 mW/cm2 at 385 nm
- 9 LEDs with individual light adjustment for tailored profiles
The LC-L3 is comprised of an LED driver (part #: C11196 series), LED head unit (part #: L11197 series), and head unit cable (part #: A11198 series). Various options for each part are available. Choose a combination of driver, head unit, and cable from the available options to create your customized LC-L3. You may also select from our packaged combination models (part #: L11195 series), which are available in various configurations.
