We offer a variety of products for non-destructiv testing. The microfocus X-ray source with spot size down to 5 µm is suitable for inspecting PC boards, integrated circuits and turbine blades. X-ray cameras and fibre optic scintillators are used for imaging x-rays for non-destructive testing, medical and dental imaging.
