This device combines a Si photodiode array with a signal processing circuit chip for easy implementation in your machine. The signal processing circuit chip is formed by a CMOS process and incorporates a timing generator, shift register, charge amplifier array, clamp and hold circuit, making the external circuit configuration simple. A long seamless image sensor can be configured by arranging multiple arrays in a row. We also offer as an option, a GADOX scintillator attached directly to the active area, making this device sensitive to X-rays. Typical applications include baggage inspection, non-destructive inspection of food and pharmaceuticals.
