Hamamatsu manufactures cameras for X ray imaging for applications such as non destructive testing. You will find here under video and digital cameras , both using a built in scintillator on fiber taper to convert the X rays into visible wavelength. An other possibility is to use cameras with lens looking at scintillating screen set at 90° from the beam.
