InGaAS

InGaAs linear image sensors are self-scanning photodiode arrays designed specifically for detectors in near infrared multichannel spectroscopy and DWDM. These devices operate quite stably in a wide photometric range. Our products incorporate an InGaAs photodiode array chip, a thermoelectric-cooler and C-MOS multiplexers with charge integration amplifiers. Multichannel detector head and driver/amplifier circuit (sold separately) for InGaAs linear image sensors are also available.Our InGaAs arrays cover a broad spectral range from 900nm up to 2600nm
