The system is designed to measure the light distribution of LEDs. It takes full spectra at each angle and therefore allows not only to determine the light distribution but also to evaluate colorimetric parameters such as chromaticity and colour rendering index.
Light distribution is a plot of luminous intensity integration in the visible light range with the luminosity factor taken into account. Besides measuring light distribution it can also measure the luminous intensity under CIE conditions A and B. |
